Industrial Installer | Alulock

Industrial Installer at Alulock

We are currently looking for a dedicated industrial installer to join our assembly team. This is a full-time position (37 hours/week) with good pay and working conditions. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For long-term projects, we run a 4-day work week. Overtime may occur and will be compensated with time off.

Alulock develops and sells industrial solutions for working at heights, such as ladders, scaffolding, and stairs. In recent years, we’ve shifted towards being a solution partner rather than just a product supplier.

Responsibilities

You’ll be working on varied tasks across the country - mainly on zealand and in the copenhagen area. No two days are exactly the same. The role involves project execution and close collaboration with both internal and external partners, with efficiency and safety as top priorities.

Typical tasks include

  • Assembling our solutions in the workshop
  • Installing ladders, wall-mounted ladders, stairs, access paths, and fall protection
  • Measuring and preparing for projects
  • Coordinating and transporting materials between warehouse and production
  • Problem-solving using your own knowledge and advice from colleagues/partners

You’ll often work with the same team members. Some projects require overnight stays (10–15 annually), mainly in Jutland — always planned well in advance.

The work is conducted at heights (approximately 3–15 meters), using lifts, scaffolding, or occasionally ladders — always with proper fall protection. You must be comfortable working at height and expect some heavy lifting.

Warehouse work

Occasionally, you may be required to assist in our warehouse with picking and packing goods, such as large orders or incoming shipments. A forklift license is an advantage.

Qualifications

You likely have a background in a trade (e.g., as an installer) and experience in construction or a related field. You're hands-on, eager to learn, and take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship.

We expect you to:

  • Be practically skilled and able to work independently
  • Enjoy physical and outdoor work
  • Take responsibility and bring structure to your projects
  • Have experience working with steel and/or aluminum
  • Work systematically and document your work well
  • Stay organized, even when juggling multiple tasks
  • Hold a Category B driver’s license (BE and forklift license are a plus)

About Alulock

We’re a small company with 7 employees, and you’ll be part of a close-knit team. We’re growing steadily and taking on more projects. We offer a lunch program and typically eat together at 11:30 AM.

Every month, we organize a social event — such as go-karting, dinner, or padel.

For external assembly projects, we cover lunch expenses. For overnight stays, we arrange hotel accommodation to ensure a good night’s sleep.

We’re sometimes busy, but we all pitch in to get the job done.

Salary: Based on qualifications
Start date: As agreed
